Who doesn’t love FREE things? We sure do! What’s even better is that we’ve collected our 10 favorite resources to help you as a small business owner rejuvenate your marketing. Did we mention they’re free to use?

1. Wix: There’s lots of website hosting platforms out there, but Wix is by far our favorite (and what I use to house lizachanta.work!). Wix’s website building templates are incredibly easy to use, and offer a variety of different features like blog posting, ecommerce, and standard landing pages. Websites are free to build, and you can keep them for as long as you want. If you already own your domain name, linking your domain to your published website is also super easy!
2. Canva: You don’t have to be a graphic designer to use Canva – Canva makes it easy to design advertisements, edit photos, and collaborate with others so you can make that new ad just right. They even offer templates to help you get started!
3. WordStream: Running a search campaign, or need ideas on #hashtags? Wordstream will help you find keywords based on your topic. Just type in a starter keyword in the search bar, and WordStream will give you the top related keywords, sorted by Google’s monthly search volume.

4. Buffer: Want to run a social media campaign on multiple platforms, but don’t want to post daily? Buffer offers a free social media scheduling solution so you can make a set-and-forget social campaign so you can focus on the hundreds of calls or people walking in your doors as a result.
5. Mailchimp: By far one of the most popular email marketing platforms, Mailchimp offers easy-to-use templates, forms and landing pages, and has a monthly email send limit of 10,000 emails in their free version – more than enough for the everyday small businessperson.
6. Small Business Trends: Most small business owners start a blog on their website in order to increase their organic search traffic on Google. Small Business Trends offers a free article title generator to give you ideas on what type of blog posts you should be creating in order to gain more traffic.
7. Unsplash: You’ve probably heard that you have to pay royalties for most stock photos. Unsplash is powered by photographers who post their professional-quality images for free, so you can download photos and use them on your website or ads.

8. Google Trends: So long as the content you post is relevant to your brand, writing or posting about trends can bring a lot of awareness to your business. Enter in a keyword or start with the examples Google provides, and see the organic traffic start pouring into your website!
9. Google Analytics: Since we’re on the topic of Google, Google Analytics offers great insights as to where your website traffic is coming from, and what behaviors they have. See which of your pages have the most views, how long they stay on a page, and whether or not they leave your website right away – so you can optimize your website to make it relevant with your audience.
10. SurveyMonkey: Want quick and easy customer feedback? SurveyMonkey offers free basic plans for you to share your survey and collect responses. The free option limits you to 10 questions, but you can make unlimited surveys so you can cater your surveys based on what type of feedback you’re looking for.
